Huawei Provider and Service Center choose CityLight Telecom Centre
Recently, when my Globe Tattoo Wifi 3G got broke, I report my concern to the Globe Business Center, the unit doesn’t charge the battery or the battery is already deteriorated (Either way I don’t have a clue). But since my unit is already out of warranty, Globe Business Center Customer Service tells me to go to CityLight Telecom Centre, which is their direct provider/service of Huawei Wifi gadgets.
I think all of their Globe Tattoo are Huawei products, because my brother before has a Globe Broadband Tattoo Stick. Since the issue is uncertain whether my battery or the unit has a problem, I have no choice but to go to CityLight Telecom Centre. Luckily, they have branches near at my home, which in Virramall San Juan City.
When I’m already at CityLight Telecom Centre, I don’t have to wait for long, I suddenly got the responds from their tech and the issue wasn’t on the unit, but on the battery (Weeeehhh, Sweet Jesus!). I bought a new battery of my Globe Tattoo Wifi 3G and works like new again. (Hallejuah!)
