For those who have Xperia Z1 Compact, you might encounter this kind of scenario.
Question: My Xperia Z1 Compact got stuck/freeze, so I needed to force turn off the phone. Unfortunately, even I tried to push-hold the power button, it won’t reboot or turn off the phone. What should I do?
Answer: No worries, recent release Xperia devices are equipped with physical hard off/reset button were located at the micro SIM card slot.
CAUTION: Use a soft tip or rounded tip object to press the button. Avoid using sharp tip objects that might damage the button.
HOW TO: I used a well rounded tip pen, press it lightly about 5-6 seconds until the phone vibrates 2-3 times and after that, used the power key to turn on the device.
