WD OPENS SERVICE CENTER IN THE PHILIPPINES FOR FAST RMA SERVICE
(ENHANCES ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHILIPPINES TO PROVIDE QUALITY, STRENGTHENS DISTRIBUTION, FACILITY AND SPEEDY PROCESS)
MANILA, PHILIPPINES, (WD) Western Digital a Storage Solution Industry officially opens a service center in the Philippines. This further strengthens distribution to end-user (clients) support and to provide quality and speedy RMA service assistance. WD’s first service center in the country will cater to all customers of WD internal hard drives, external storage devices and home entertainment products.
The service center is located at 2111 Chino Roces avenue corner Urban Avenue, Makati City, will be opened from 8 am to 5 pm on Monday, 8 am to 6 pm Tuesday to Friday, and 8 am to 12 noon on Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays.
The new service center already begins its operation on August 1, 2012. For those customers are in need of RMA Service, they are now able to bring their in-warranty drives and receive their replacement drive immediately. If the required model is not available, WD Service Center representatives will contact customers for collection of their replacement drives once ready. This warranty service is available on all WD products sold through WD authorized distribution channels in the Philippines.
