How to Unroot and Root Ainol NOVO7 Legend 7.0 Tablet – Android OS 4.0 using Root with Restore by Bin4ry

Having difficulty to find a way on how to root or unroot your Ainol NOVO7 Legend? No worries! Now you can, with Root with Restore by Bin4ry!

Why Root? Simple, it is more like you are in control of your Android Devices, you can install CWM Recovery Manager, Android Apps that require root permissions, install Custom ROMS, etc…

Requirements:
PDAnet – ADB driver and installer for 32 bit / 64 bit kindly visit download site click here.
Root with Restore by Bin4ry – click here

Check first Android Version you have and Enable the USB Debugging
Go to Settings – About phone – see the Android Version area.
Go to Settings – Developer Options – and then check the USB Debugging

How to Root your Android Devices?

1. Download and install PDAnet – ADB driver and installer (click here if you don’t have yet). How to install PDAnet – ADB driver (click here if you don’t know how to).

2. After the Installation of PDAnet – ADB driver, Download the attached file for Root with Restore by Bin4ry (click here if you don’t have yet).

3. Extract the zip file using 7zip – if you don’t have this extracting tool perhaps you need download 7zip tool (click here if you don’t have yet).

4. After the extraction of the file, Double-click the RunMe.bat and follow the instructions, such as:
1) Normal Mode (will not wipe your data)
2) Special Mode (can wipe your data, make sure have a backup of your data)
3) Unroot

How does it works? Press the desire number and enter key to confirm and follow the instructions carefully. (Note: It will ask for a Restore Data, click Restore, and wait for further instructions.)

Try the Normal Mode, which I think work on most Android Devices, it works perfectly on my Ainol NOVO7 Legend. You can also use it to Unroot, to go back on normal settings without root permissions.

How do you know if your phone/tablet is already rooted? Check if your device has a Superuser/SuperSU app in application list.
