FROM THE FRONT: from the upper is the 2MP camera, earpiece and with the sensors /
from the center is the 5 inch qHD IPS capacitive touchscreen / scratch resistant display /
from the below is the menu, home and back touch sensitive controls that lights up when you touch it.
FROM THE TOP SIDE: is the Micro USB v. 2.0 and the 3.5 mm headset jack in connectors
FROM THE BOTTOM SIDE: Microphone
FROM THE LEFT SIDE: Volume controls
FROM THE RIGHT SIDE: Power / Sleep Button
FROM THE BACK PART: 8MP Autofocus main camera with LED Flash, and from below of it is the external speakers. (It’s an entry level speakers)
More further details at the back part, the Dual Mini-SIM slot (1 GSM and 1 GSM-WCDMA), MicroSD slot (supports up to 32GB), and the Battery Pack (2,000 mAh).
The Back Cover plate is plastic type, so handle it with care (you know what I mean).
The plastic type form factor can be prone to any scratches. To be safe, make sure you buy a decent gel or hard case of the phone.

This would be like if the screen is turn on. (All are in Android Jelly Bean Stock OS). Screen lock for protection for any mishandled.
As you can see here, stock apps and minimal bloatware apps.
Shortcut keys: (Phone / Contacts / Applications / Messages / Opera) the default keys of Skyfire 2.0 and below of it, the touch sensitive controls (Menu / Home / Back) it lights up when you touch it.
The information regarding SkyFire 2.0 (REVIEW) BACK ON TOP
You may compare SkyFire 2.0 from high-end international Smartphones, don’t put it that way (don’t expect something that might get you disappointed in the end), because the specs of SkyFire 2.0 has some sort of minimal specs in some areas. Indicating that SkyFire 2.0 has only 4GB of internal storage that’s the first part, but good thing is that the Cherry Mobile anticipate it and you can used your External SD card then put necessary data files of your mobile apps without any hassle. (or let me put this way, in my case, I install Real Racing and Dungeon Hunter 4, these two games is a real hungry beast in terms of data spaces. It almost eats up to 2GB of my External SD card space. That’s the good thing, if you got 32GB MicroSD card, you can install applications then in some way, the system managed to transfer the files or data files to your MicroSD card, that’s great right?)
Note: In here showing that I transfer my data files on the External SD card (Micro SD), I got 16GB. (Sometimes, the system managed itself to transfer the data files on the External SD card, but there were times you need to transfer it manually)
GPU: Using Adreno 203, it is first generation of OpenGL and mobile video acceleration of Qualcomm. Even though the CPU is a Quad-core, there were times that in the gameplay process there were slight hiccups, but it just a fraction of second, lag you may say, but still tolerable. You may often find out that some international high-end smartphones, they are using Adreno 300 series… Of course, it is faster in graphic processing than Adreno 203.
Screen Display: using qHD IPS (540×960 pixels) and with 220 (240 in Android Info) ppi in display, you can’t say it should have fluid textures, then again, high-end Smartphones especially international branded ones has integrated chipset and has specialized glass that they used to make the picture or the image texture more brighter, vivid, crisp, and what good you may say. Still having said, the SkyFire 2.0 can display good quality of pictures/images and render videos very well. Pixel per inch or ppi plays a vital role in terms of making the images/texture look more crisp or solid.
Camera / Video: 8MP main camera (not yet BSI) but an autofocus and can render 720p@30fps HD video recording, and geotagging features. Still has good quality of taking pictures and videos in daytime, while at night time, you may used an alternative camera. (Reason: Low-light feature that can capture on night time or low light conditions) 2MP on front camera has a decent shots and perfect for video calling.

Sensors: All working and whats even better is that you can calibrate the proximity and g-sensors.
Multimedia/Web Browsing/Games: Basic entry of External Speakers and I notice that when you plugged a local 3.5mm headset on the phone, the sound is not so loud, make sure you can find more decent 3.5mm headset/headphone. I tried my Nokia Bluetooth Headset and it works perfectly loud and clear. I tried the Skull candy headphone works well, loud and clear. Don’t work out very well on basic/local 3.5mm headset/headphone. Web browsing is fast and reliable and flawlessly play any video streaming I played via Youtube. (Internet connection reliability, if you got faster connection, that’s a plus)
As for GAMES, I already played tons of games especially the Newest games like Minion Rush, Fast Racing, Real Racing, Dungeon Hunter 4, Undead Slayer, Vector, FieldRunners HD, FieldRunners 2, Tiny Troopers, Little Commander, Subway Surfer, Temple Run 2, Beach Buggy Blitz, etc… Works well, and run smoothly.
I played Dungeon Hunter 4 for 1 hour and it drains 30 percent of my battery juice.

Good points about SkyFire 2.0:
Budget and Specs wise phone (especially if you want to experience a high end level games that you want to play, but can’t afford to buy international branded high end smartphones, this phone will suffice your needs.)
Touch sensitive controls (Good to have this and lights up when touch)
Looks like Samsung Galaxy S3 or S4 at first glance. I already demo this to my brother and he was telling me this phone somewhat look like S4. (Can deceive your friends or relatives, and I tell you, they won’t believe me that this is a Cherry Mobile Smartphone.)
Fast, Smooth and I can’t say any bottleneck. In terms of multitasking and switching of applications, playing games while listening in the music, good for web browsing or surfing, responsiveness is above average.
Scratch resistant screen, I haven’t tested this but having said this unit is a scratch resistant, that’s a plus.
HD Videos / Movies / Games can play well. No need to worry, can play your videos or HD movies, video streaming, without a hassle.
Things i don’t like:
Plastic Shell Construction (i don’t need to complain it is a part of the budget on the construction of the phone, to sell it at a lower cost as possible)
Easy to have scratches at your phone’s plastic shell (make sure of have gel casing or protective casing on your phone)
Entry level external speakers and make sure find a branded 3.5mm headset
There were times the phone’s camera is unresponsive/sluggish (but tolerable)
Low internal storage (4GB) – anticipated by the External SD card (much better if you have 32 GB)

In my opinion, i think is still depends (some local smartphones has advantages too, including price), of course the international branded smartphones has some advantages in terms of specs/features. However, if you need an affordable smartphone, then this might a good choice.

Sir, patulong po meron, i got cm sf.2.0, ang problem lang po kasi ang bilis ma drain ng battery.. ano po and do and dont’s or necessary things to do para ma prevent ang loss ng life battery.

it all depends on how you used your smartphone. in my experience, i always charge my smartphone within the day or (1 day). since i used it on games, music, internet, videos, etc… check your battery performance (such as display brightness, system/apps running…)

I have CM skyfire 2.0 and i can say that this phone worth the price. Its very smooth, responsive, and great camera features. (especially in its front cam.) At first, my friends doesn’t believe that my phone is just cherry mobile (because i am a samsung user before) the front cam of skyfire2 works very well. Unlike those crappy samsung s1, and s2. The performance of both phones (s1,s2) will not satisfy your craviness in terms of gadgets. Also, the price is not worth buying for. Its just expensive because of their name not their gadget features. So i suggest if you are looking for a great phobe with a great performance.. i suggest this CM skyfire2. If its works well to me, it will works well to you also. ;))

yes all good screen resolution. But be reminded this is qHD IPS.

from your google play store, go to settings – auto-update apps – choose do not auto-update apps.

what kind of android launcher you used? themes can be changed due to personalized android home screen launchers. (such as go launcher, next launcher 3D, apex, nova, etc…)
paano papalakihin ung keyboard lang.. pang pinalaki ko kasi sabay ung font.. napapangitan kasi ako
