2. Change the Regional and Language Options, Go to Settings > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > then from there click Advanced tab then at drop-down box choose language version of the non-Unicode you preferred. (e.g. Korean)


Note : At Code page conversion tables drop-down, you may also check the boxes for your preferred language (e.g. Korean tables – MAC-Korean, etc…)
