How to Change User Account Control Settings when Notifications appear on Windows 7

I installed a Windows 7 on my computer, then I installed my favorties programs / softwares on the Windows 7 OS. But it bothers me, that everytime I commit or make any installation, running a software or programs and making changes on the software configuration.
The prompt / notification or pop box keeps me asking for running and making changes on any computer programs and softwares.
Steps/Instructions to Change User Account Control Settings to disable prompt / notification or pop box on running and making changes on computer programs and softwares on Windows 7
1. Go and click to Start (Windows Logo), then go and click to Control Panel.
