The Starmobile Octa has an impressive design within its well-made metal frame and black bezels and a round-curve in the edges. Capacitive buttons (Menu, Home and Back) below the front of the device, and the back has a matte finished plastic. The back part is non-removable plate, so this means that the battery is likely non-removable, and it might be little disappointment in some mobile consumers’ end. From the side, you will have two ejectable Micro-SIM card trays.
AVAILABLE in Starmobile Kiosk / For the price of Php 16,990 / Starmobile Concept Store at SM City North EDSA Annex starting (March 22) to avail of the Starmobile Octa for as low as P1,415.83/month!
GOOD POINTS: Well made design, Full HD with OGS display screen, Octa-core CPU with Quad-core GPU, Whopping benchmark (up to 27K mark in AnTuTu score), 2GB RAM, 18 MP Rear camera and 8MP front camera (both comes with LED Flash), bundled with wireless charger, NFC and MHL capable, two ejectable Micro-SIM card trays, USB-OTG capable, and 32GB Internal Storage.
DOWNSIDE: Non removable battery (in case you need to change it or replace it), Non-expandable MicroSD card slot, and the battery only at 2,300 mAh (so considered buying a powerbank or traveling charger).

ito yung gusto kong Smartphone, finally 5-inch octa kaya lang it doesn’t have microSD card slot. But ayos na rin because it has 32GB ROM.
looks great like an iphone and its cheap and also in good specs.
quite expensive but better specs, i hope it is stable in terms of performance.
what a killer specs. whose your bet cherry’s cosmos z2 or this?
naku i’ll choose cosmos z2, kasi expandable microSD slot up to 64GB. pero kapag diamond x1, that’s a different story.
buggy naman ata cherry e, mas tiwala ako sa starmobile. i got starmobile diamond x1, and its worth it.
expensive na rin yung price tsaka hindi pa LTE. wait muna sa LTE version.
