I just received an email regarding the latest software update for Xperia XZ Premium – the latest version 47.1.A.12.179.
You might also receive a notification directly to the Xperia device about the latest update. I’m pretty sure that other Xperia devices such as XZ1 series (XZ1 and XZ1 compact) will have a latest build number/update.
The new update has additional May 2018 Android security patches. Other than that, we are still looking for other stuff included on the patches.
For now, let us know what you think or impression regarding the latest update (if you already upgraded it).

there is loads faster than before, i tried it to full format and restore. then install apps again. battery seems good now.
