GOM Player – A Multimedia Player and audio/video codecs

I came across to the web to find a free multimedia player for Windows, luckily, on searching. I find GOM Player.
A Free multimedia player solution for Microsoft Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista or Windows 7, it is small (only 7MB) but yet power package features, easy to use applications, good to interface, plus it has right codecs to play your favorite movies and media streams.
Supported files and devices
The latest version of GOM Player will playback the following types of media file.
Incomplete or damaged AVI files (skipping the damaged frames).
Broken AVI files (rebuilding the file’s Index in real-time).
ASF/OGG/MP3/AVI files on an HTTP Streaming connection.
Using DirectShow it will play these file formats: AVI, WMV, Matroska, QuickTime, MP4, 3GP, Google Video, Flash Video, VOB, Ogg, OGM, RMVB, MPEG-1, MPEG-2.
RealMedia files (requires Real Alternative installed).
QuickTime files (requires QuickTime Alternative installed).
The latest version of GOM Player will playback the following types of disc –
Audio CD (requires Windows 2000 or Windows XP)
DVD (requires MPEG-2 codec installed)
Video CDs/SVCDs/XCD s
Microsoft Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista or Windows 7.
Intel-compatible CPU P3 or greater Minimum amount of RAM recommended by the operating system in use 20MB Hard Drive Space.
Some videos may require the newest version of DirectX or Windows Media Player.
Recommended settings may change according to different types of video files.
Modify ‘Deadlock problem’ occasionally happened when you shut down the player.
Improve Vorbis audio decoder performance.
