Giada is proudly to introduce the latest little wonder – the Giada D2308. Powered by the latest Intel’s Haswell-based 4th Generation Core i5/i7 processors, which are 10% faster than the previous version, this little baby packs in some solid processing power. Its 2 GB of DDR3 RAM is expandable up to 16 GB, which gives you a lot of headroom if you plan to use more memory-intensive applications without having to purchase a new PC. A 32 GB SSD ensures that the D2308 boots up really fast within just 8 seconds, while a 1 TB regular 5400 RPM hard drive provides ample storage space for all your data.
Display is handling aptly by NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 dedicated graphics card with 1 GB of GDDR5 VRAM, which provides the sinews to run most demanding games at playable frame rates without compromising on quality. The graphics card fully supports Microsoft DirectX 11 features such as Compute Shader, Direct2D, multi-threaded rendering, and sophisticated shading and texturing techniques such as tessellation, to ensure a smooth and immersive gaming experience.
The GTX650 is fully capable of rendering 1080p and 720p HD movies in multiple formats using hardware acceleration to offload the CPU and leave it to handle other tasks. It goes a step further and also supports the latest 2K and 4K outputs with 5.1-channel digital audio via its two HDMI 1.4b ports, which can be hooked up to an HDTV. There is even a Blu-ray drive and a full-feature remote control, which effectively convert this tiny little computer into a very capable entertainment system, while the unit itself works silently, thanks to Smart Fan cooler, and consumes very little power. Additionally, it has also got a DVI-I output to connect to a regular PC display.
The low power consumption feature can also be used to make it your download rig to download all night without having to worry about noise, heat, and electricity cost. Speaking of downloading, the unit has Gigabit Ethernet port as well as Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n with a flip-out antenna for wireless connectivity. Bluetooth is also present to connect compatible devices. Ultra high speed data transfers are possible between peripherals, thanks to its three SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports in addition to two USB 2.0.
