Note: This instruction/info doesn’t require to be rooted. Still using Stock ROM of Cherry Mobile Skyfire 2.0
While I’m exploring the CM SkyFire 2.0 on Settings – Display Settings, I notice the Proximity Calibration.
So the question is, what does it do on your CM SkyFire 2.0? For us able to know the answer, we must define what Proximity Sensor is.
PROXIMITY SENSOR
A proximity sensor is a sensor that can able to detect a nearby or a presence of an object(s) without any physical contact. Proximity sensor has a numerous applications, from Modern Aircrafts, to Roller Coasters, to Machinery, Mobile Devices (such as Smartphones), and so on…
Imagine this, if someone calls you at your Smartphone and you answer it, does your phone screen shut off, and then the screen turn on when it is away from your face/ear. This is also one of the capabilities of Proximity Sensor.
So now you know, anyway if you like to add some information or to correct something, kindly do share it with us.
