Cherry Mobile unveils another Quad-Core Smartphone, SkyFire 2.0, with bigger HD screen display – Specifications and Price
The Cherry Mobile – Philippines local mobile phone manufacturer, unveils another Quad-core Smartphone, SkyFire 2.0! Recently, they release Flame 2.0 in the market, and SkyFire 2.0 is the next version to Cherry Mobile Quad-core Smartphone Series.
It has the boost of 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm powered by Snapdragon S4, with 5.0 inch qHD IPS capacitive display compared to 4.5 inch (Flame 2.0), plus a 8 MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash and a 2.0 front camera (while Flame 2.0 – 5 MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera). Things to know about SkyFire 2.0:
Plastic Shell Construction
Touch sensitive controls (Home, Back and Menu) when you touch it, it lights up
Looks like Samsung Galaxy S3 at first glance
Rumours that SkyFire 2.0 is a rebranded Smartphone of Karbonn Mobile – S5 Titanium (we aren’t sure about it, but similarities of the phone is obvious ^_^)
Things we like about SkyFire 2.0:
Budget and Specs wise phone
Well-made hardware
HD IPS Display
Scratch resistant screen
Good performance (WiFi, Web Surfing, Apps Responsiveness, Games)
Things we don’t like:
Easy to have scratches at your phone’s plastic shell (make sure of have gel casing or protective casing on your phone)
Entry level speakers
There were times the phone’s camera is unresponsive/sluggish
Low internal storage (4GB)
