CD-R King Affordable External TV Box and Antenna
Recently, I just sell my Desktop Computer, then I just wondering what I should do with the LCD Monitor. Then suddenly, a spark of an idea came upon on my head, to transform my LCD Monitor to a TV. In order to do that, I need a help of a TV Box. So I decided to go on the nearest mall, others sell an expensive product, well in my case, I don’t need an expensive one and also not to cheap, just the right price with the right features I need to transform my LCD to TV Monitor.
The only store came upon to my senses is to CD-R King (I’m not trying to sell something here). So on the CD-R King, I just saw that there are other types of TV Box, price range from 990 php to 2,680 php. They have their own specifications and features. The one I bought was the EXTV-HD, the cheapest one, with the right features and specifications that I need. It cost me around 990 php (Philippine Peso). Alright, I got it tested and working. 🙂
You can also put DVD Portable or DVD Player here, record a TV Shows then save it to your computer, use an external speaker to appreciate the sound quality. (Note: The internal speaker sounds like a mono output in my opinion, so I therefore used an external speaker.)

I just need an antenna, so I also bought a CD-R King Indoor TV Antenna, the only available was the Drifter Amplified Indoor TV Antenna, the price is around 250 php, so I bought it and happily it’s all worth it. Rather than to buy an expensive TV Box around 2000 – 3000 php, instead there is an alternative product that you can buy on a less expense.

at robinsons pioneer mandaluyong, there are several branches of cdrking, go to their website and you can call their hotline for your respective branch. 😀

i think it is possible, you should have no worries on using skycable because there is a tv input on the tv box.
