Bagyong “RAMON” now weakens into Philippine Area

Typhoon or Bagyong Ramon now weakened into Tropical Depression after interacting with the land mass of Eastern Visayas and Northeastern Mindanao. (as of 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, 12 October 2011 – PAGASA)

The location center of the Tropical Depression “Ramon”, as of 7:30am is 80 km North of Cebu, Coordinates – 11.0°N, 123.8°E , has maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph), and the movement forecast goes to West Northwest at 15 kph.

The Tropical Depression “Ramon”, has forecast positions/outlook possibly at the following report;

Thursday morning: 40 km Southwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro
Friday morning: 400 km West Northwest of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro
Saturday morning: 470 km West of Iba, Zambales

Signal No.1 (45-60kph) are up on the following areas:

Luzon : Marinduque, Mindoro Provinces, Romblon, Camarines Sur, Southern Quezon, Catanduanes, Albay, Burias Island, Sorsogon, Ticao Island, Masbate, Coron Island

Visayas : Samar Provinces, Leyte Provinces, Cebu, Bohol, Panay Island, Guimaras, Negros Provinces, Siquijor Island

Mindanao : Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Dinagat, Island, Siargao Island

PAGASA – said that Tropical Depression Ramon has a 10 to 30 millimeters(mm) per hour (heavy) of rainfall at its expected within the diameter of 400 kilometers(km).
