How to automatically Fill Numbers on Rows or Columns in Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010

There is the chance that you encountered that you need an automatic fill numbers such as 1,2,3,4… in order to certain rows or columns.
HOW TO DO IT? SIMPLE.
1. At MS Excel 2007 or 2010,
Select the first cell that you want to fill in. Type the starting value in the cell to fill the series. Drag the fill handle for the appropriate range you want.
2. Use the Fill option then click Series…
3. Make an appropriate settings, if you want to automatically fill the numbers in series on the columns, then choose on Series in Columns, Type Linear.
Add the Step value 1 and the Stop value – this would be the end point of the value.

4. Another thing, if you want to make the series on rows, just select on Series in Rows, Type Linear.
